With over 15 years of Human Resources experience and a Master’s in HR Management, Sandra D. Lockett has built her career on fostering fairness, respect, and compliance in the workplace. She has supported leading organizations including Tory Burch, NAPA, Mitsubishi and CVS Health, gaining broad HR expertise and a deep passion for Employee Relations — her true niche. That passion led to the creation of bHR Consulting, dedicated to proactive training, consulting, and coaching that strengthen workplace culture and reduce risk. Sandra’s education and experience allow her to offer practical, people-focused solutions while engaging stakeholders throughout the process. Guided by the belief that the Golden Rule is more than a cliché, she lives it daily — treating others with the respect and integrity that define her work.
